Cancellation of Reservation

You may cancel your reservation for no charge before (5 day[s] before arrival). Any paid amounts including advance deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancelling your reservation 5 days or less prior to your check in date.

Refunds & Refundable Security Deposit

  • A Refundable security deposit will be held by the company as an insurance against any damages or misuse of the premise, furniture, appliances, unexpected cleaning costs we may incur during the guest stay. The refund of said deposit will be processed 48 hours of the original check-out date.
  • Refunds will be actioned only through the Original Method of Payment.
  • A full paid amount will be refunded in the event of cancelling the reservation 30 days before check-in date.
  • The period time for the refund transaction to the same method of payment could take up to 14 working days to process the sending and receiving bank.
  • In the event the guest is eligible for a refund, then the refund transaction will be processed within a week from the refund approval date.
  • No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc. The Operator will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.

Additional Information

  • In case of any no show or early departure, a full stay charge may be applicable.
