Rest easy knowing our dedicated in-house Maintenance Team prepares properties for guests, promptly addressing any concerns and conducting routine inspections. From handling A/C repairs and water heater replacements to tending to painting touch-ups, light bulb replacements, leak fixes, and more, we take care of various general maintenance tasks. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for our valued guests.

Refilling of Essentials

At every check-in, we ensure that all guest amenities are provided and refilled for their convenience. From fresh towels and linens to a selection of toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap, we make sure they have everything they need. Additionally, we supply water, coffee, tea, sugar, and ample toilet paper to enhance their stay. Rest assured, we take care of every detail to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Our goal is to promptly address all maintenance issues within a few hours. With a dedicated team located in the main Abu Dhabi areas, we are readily available for callouts. While major issues may require additional time for parts to be sourced, our aim remains to resolve all concerns within 24 hours. Rest assured, we prioritize your comfort and strive to provide efficient solutions to ensure a hassle-free experience during your stay.

It is not advisable to handle cleaning and maintenance yourself as it can be difficult to arrange third-party services promptly for guests. Delays can result in guest dissatisfaction and refunds. Having our own teams allows us to maintain control over timing and ensure a more efficient process.

During the on-boarding process, it is mandatory to provide basic cleaning tools like a vacuum and a mop at the property. However, our dedicated cleaning team ensures that cleaning supplies are regularly provided to maintain cleanliness at all times.

Cleaning expenses are typically covered by the guests, while owners bear the cost only if they stay at the property. Maintenance costs are the responsibility of the owner for general upkeep, except in cases of guest or staff-induced damage.
